Back in the early
70's when Bruce Lee's fame in this country had inspired
everybody to learn martial arts I took up Kyshinkaiyoku
and graduated to 2nd Dan in this style and one of
the things you learned was breaking techniques and I
seemed to be gifted when it came to breaking, smashing
and chopping.
