pushups in his training so I thought I
would try to go a step further and see

it took me many years training and
commitment to achieve this but having said
that I feel that I was always gifted with
the right physique and mental will power. |

nail was my ultimate goal and even I
thought it was impossible to achieve such
a feat but I wanted to do the impossible
